When I look around me, I see a lot of skills, knowledge, potential… But I have the feeling too few of us actually know what to do with their gifts. I focused most of my life trying to figure out how to use my time and energy on an individual level. Especially during my Berlin years, where personal development has become the local sport. Could it be that this process reaches its limits? Yes self-love is important, yes building a healthy psychological ground is valid, but I think that without a communal purpose, this comes a bit short. Could it be that our personal dreams are disconnected from a bigger vision, which I believe is creating a global existential crisis of some sort? As a generation, we are mirroring each other, and we can also reflect about this time and space we live in together. What could be the vision that allows us to reach beyond the landscapes front our eyes?
